Site Map Overview
A brief overview on how to read and use the site map to gain more insight into your mining operations.
Site Map Overview
The Site Map in LōD gives you a visual, bird’s-eye view of your entire mining operation. It helps you locate specific miners, monitor performance metrics, and drill down into racks or devices for detailed insights.
Key Steps Covered in the Video
- Accessing the Site Map
From your dashboard, go to IoT → Site Map. This opens an interactive layout of your site and connected devices. - Viewing and Sorting Devices
At the top, you can toggle between devices and PDUs (if Smart PDUs are configured).
Sort or color-code devices by key metrics such as:
-
- Connection status
- Hash rate
- PCB temperature
- Chip temperature
- Fan speed
- Power consumption
- Efficiency
Devices with issues (e.g., abnormal fan RPM) are highlighted in red.
- Lite Mode for Large Sites
Enables a more compact view for facilities with multiple warehouses, containers, or buildings. - Navigating Groups and Pods
Groups represent logical site areas—such as warehouses, containers, or pods.
Clicking into a pod (e.g., Pod 21) reveals its racks and miners. - Adding and Configuring Racks
Click Add Rack, define the number of rows and columns, and run an IP scan to load devices into that rack automatically. - Inspecting Racks and Devices
Within a rack, you can view device counts, metrics (like fan RPM or power usage), and IP ranges.
Selecting an individual miner shows detailed information including:- Model and connection status
- Hash rate and pool details
- Temperature readings
- The ability to tunnel or send commands directly to that device
