How to See Commands Sent Through LōD

 

Agent Request Log Overview

The Agent Request Log provides a full audit trail of all activity within your site. It records every command, scan, and system event sent through your agent—allowing you to track operational history, verify actions, and identify performance or process issues over time.

Key Features Covered in the Video

  • Events List (Bell Icon)

    • Shows automated platform events such as:

      • Team members being added or removed

      • Rails being triggered

      • Other system-level notifications

    • Useful for tracking general activity and updates within LōD.

  • Agent Request Log (Cloud Icon)

    • Displays a detailed log of all agent-level actions, including:

      • Scans

      • Stop/start commands

      • Data logs sent from the agent

    • Each record includes:

      • Timestamp and processing time

      • Action type and status (Succeeded, Pending, Failed, or Cancelled)

      • Device name and IP address (both copyable for reference)

  • Filtering & Reviewing Requests

    • Use filters to sort by status (Completed, Pending, Cancelled, etc.).

    • Click the calendar icon to view logs from specific dates.

    • Select Export to download records as CSV or Excel for offline analysis.

  • Managing Requests

    • Click Cancel All Pending to stop all in-progress commands.

    • Reviewing these logs helps identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate team performance.
